The initiative includes a two-day exhibition fair, two project visits and a drawing workshop with children.

This is the third edition of the interactive project fair, organized by the Europe Division in collaboration with the Agriculture Division of the Provincial Administration of Alto Adige, and the Interreg Italy-Austria programme.

Exhibition stands: EU-funded projects and films about the EU in South Tyrol are presented

8:30-13:00 High school program

Presentations/ interventions 

2.00pm-2.45pm: Leader and CLLD Projects Terra Raetica with Verena Gufler, Val Venosta District Community, + Peter Luis Thaler, GWR Spondigna.

3.00pm-3.45pm: “What does democracy mean to me?” Reflections in the cross-border territory Dolomiti Live – Small project Interreg Italy-Austria CLLD Dolomiti Live with Elisabeth Alber, Eurac Research.

4.00pm-5.00pm: „New European Bauhaus of the Mountains” with Giulia Chiarel, Autonomous Province of Bolzano – Alto Adige, Giulia Paoletti, Eurac Research, & Renato Sette, Restart BZ.

5.15pm-5.45pm: “Works for rockfall mitigation in Alto Adige” – FESR InReDam project with Volkmar Mair, Autonomous Province of Bolzano – Alto Adige.

Side Event

2.00 pm (duration approx. 3 hours): Visit to the rockfall protection works in Laces.

Evening program

From 6.00 pm: Visit of the Provincial Councilor for Europe and President of the Province, of the Provincial Councilor for Agriculture and of the two MEPs Herbert Dorfmann and Matteo Gazzini.

Highlights:

9.30 am (duration approx. 1 ½ hours): Guided tour of the FESR BASIS project Vinschgau Venosta

11am: Presentation of the results of the “Demilitarise Gently” workshop
New European Bauhaus in two degree theses:
 General EU guidelines and the continuation of a local building culture: no contradictions
Discussion: How does a good building culture work? – Erasmus+ with Alessia Zampini, University of Bologna, Lorenzo De Chiffre, Michael Rollmann & Gina Braun, Technische Universität Wien

1pm: Music by Kraut + Ruabm of the protected laboratory for people with disabilities Prato allo Stelvio of the social services of the Val Venosta District Community.
