Learn new skills with Interreg Latvia!

The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development invites you to participate in the workshops organized by the Interreg programs on September 30 at the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia to learn new skills for a greener life together and celebrate the Interreg Cooperation Day.

The European Commission has declared 2023 the European Year of Skills, therefore, to learn new skills at the Open Air Museum, we invite you to participate in Interreg program workshops and learn how to:

  • properly sort waste,
  • create backyard compost,
  • make plasticine from natural raw materials,
  • work with a professional table plotter,
  • create charming tea mandalas,
  • make healthy and tasty goat cheese,
  • create your own unique musical instrument,
  • make different flavors of chocolate.

Cross-border cooperation programs together with projects will inspire and help everyone to learn new skills on September 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In addition, the museum will also host an craft market, a concert and other activities for adults and children.

Participation in all Interreg workshops is free.

Entrance fee to the Ethnographic Open Air Museum of Latvia for adults – 4.00 EUR, pensioners – 2.50 EUR, students – 1.40 EUR.
